Getting started with Whatsapp
WhatsApp is one of the most popular communication applications in the world. WhatsApp is a Meta company and requires a Facebook account and Meta Business Manager to set up.
What you will need
- Your business's legal name and details.
- Your business's Meta Business Manager ID (You need administrator access to your Meta Business Manager in order to create a WhatsApp Business Account or access to an existing WhatsApp Business Account)
- A phone number which can either receive a text message or voice call without an IVR
