Jastips provides a platform for connecting Jastipers (entrusted shopping service providers) with customers. You are responsible for providing accurate information when using the service and for any transactions conducted through the platform.

You must register an account to use certain features of Jastips. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

Payments for Jastip services are made directly between customers and Jastipers. Jastips may charge a service fee for platform usage. The fee structure will be communicated clearly, and by using the service, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

6. Limitation of Liability
Jastips provides the platform "as is" and disclaims any liability for damages arising from the use of the service. Jastips is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Jastipers or for any disputes between users and Jastipers.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that may harm Jastips or other users.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Indonesia.
